For all animal purchases, a deposit is required. 1/2 of the total price is required to hold your animal. Deposits are not refundable unless there is an issue that occurs on our end prior to pick up. After the animal has left our care, we are not liable for anything that happens in your care. We will NEVER send an animal that has been injured, or encountered an illness to the best of our knowledge. We are diligent to ensure the best health of all of our animals so illness and injury is not a common occurrence. (We also have yet to have a sick animal in the past 3 years of running our little farm.)

For animals that do not work out for you, we have a ‘buy-back’ program where we may buy the animal back for up to half of the total price. Buy-back pricing is dependent on reasoning for return, how long the animal has been under your care, as well as health condition of the animal. All animals returning to our site will need to go into quarantine until we can guarantee no illnesses or diseases have been brought back.
